Serial Number Identification

Serial number format

The serial number is printed as a 7-digit number and as a barcode on the identification plate on the underside of the device. Example: 1121481

Serial numbers can also be identified via the on-screen menu, the built-in web server, via vSolution Link Pro, and via the sticker on the original packaging (an ‘0’ at the front is necessary for the system, but is not necessary for our purposes).
