WolfVision Service: 5 Years Warranty

WolfVision is not only the "quality leader" among Visualizer manufacturers. WolfVision also has the fastest and most efficient service department. WolfVision Visualizers are durable and reliable, and most units never need any servicing. Most of our customers never need to contact a service technician. Those who do will be pleased to discover that WolfVision's handling of service issues is quick and uncomplicated.

Since April 1 2011, WolfVision offers 5 years warranty on all Visualizers, which means that in most cases, service is free for our customers. Units are normally repaired on the same day that they arrive. Some repairs require 2-3 additional days for endurance testing, but in most cases, units are sent back to the customer within 48 hours. This is a lot quicker than the industry standard.

If you call WolfVision you can generally speak to a technician immediately. WolfVision guarantees spare parts availability for at least 7 years (for most parts it is more than 10 years in reality). Our service departments are equipped with the most modern test and measuring instruments and our service technicians are regularly trained.

Please make sure that you know the serial number of your unit before you call. The serial number is important to check the hardware and software components in our database and to see if the unit is still under warranty.
