WolfVision Service: 3 + 2 Years Warranty |

WolfVision is not only "quality leader" among Visualizer manufacturers. WolfVision also has the fastest and best service department. WolfVision Visualizers are very solid and reliable and most units never need any service. So most of our customers never get in contact with our service technicians. But those who do will be very pleased to find out how fast and uncomplicated WolfVision handles service issues. First of all (since 2005) WolfVision offers 3 + 2 years warranty on all Visualizers. So in most cases service is free for our customers. For special failures the warranty period is extended even more. For example there is a recent case of a possible "CCD aging" failure, which is affecting some units sold in 2003 and 2004. For this special failure the warranty period has been prolonged until 2010. WolfVision has been praised very often for very fast and uncomplicated repairs. Units are normally repaired on the same day they arrived. Some type of repairs require 2 or 3 additional days for endurance testing, but most of them are sent back to the customer within 48 hours. This is a lot faster than the industry standard. If you call WolfVision you can speak to a technician immediately. You don't have to work yourself through an automatic telefone system, fill out long registration forms or go through any other kind of annoying and time consuming procedere. WolfVision guarantees spare parts availability for at least 7 years (for most parts it is more than 10 years in reality). Our service departments are equipped with the most modern test- and measuring instruments and our service technicians are regularly trained.
