Supported Room Management Systems


Our Visualizers are capable of communicating with Room Management Systems (RMS) over their built-in RS232 interface. RS232 protocols for our Visualizers can be found here.

Some of our Visualizers are also capable of communicating over the LAN protocol.

The following RMS vendors are supporting our Visualizers with drivers for their system development tools:

AMX

You can download these drivers from the AMX Download Page.

Be aware that you have to create a user account on the AMX homepage to get access to the driver download area. Creating such an account is free of charge.

AMX supports the following devices with a Duet (written by WolfVision) or NetLinx module (written by AMX) over the RS232 protocol:

Crestron

You can download these drivers from the Crestron Download Page.

Be aware that you have to create a user account on the Crestron homepage to get access to the driver download area. For creating a user account you have to enter your 7-digit customer number. This number can be found on your last order confirmation or invoice. Creating a user account is free of charge.


Crestron supports the following devices with a driver (written by Crestron) over the RS232 protocol:

Be aware that you have to create a user account on the Cue homepage to get access to the driver download area. For creating a user account you have to enter the country you are from and your distributor (distributor has to verify you as customer). Creating a user account is free of charge.
