For Visualizer updates via USB or LAN port use:	WolfVision Connectivity Software
For Visualizer Firmware Updates via Serial RS232 port use:	RS-232 Firmware Update Utility
Please note: Some WolfVision Visualizer models released before June 2003 (VZ-8, VZ-8light, VZ-8plus, VZ-27, VZ-57 and VZ-C10) have an USB-port, but can not update the Firmware via USB. Use the RS-232 Firmware Update Utility instead.
For Firmware Updates of the cameras EYE-10, SCB-1 and PSM-10 (via Serial RS232 port) use:	Camera Control Software
For Firmware Updates of the cameras EYE-12 and SCB-12 (via USB or LAN port) use:	WolfVision Connectivity Software
